The tenniscontact game, what is it?

First, it's not exactly a game but it's a system to reward our members for their participation on the website. The way it works is really simple. If you post a message on the forum, you'll get some points, if you create a poll you get some points, if you submit a tennis, you'll get some points, if you post an ad, you get some points. I guess you get it.

Now what are the points you get for? Each beginning of the month (around the 1st), there will be a draw between the 10 most active participants meaning the 10 members who have the most points. The 1 from the 10 who get picked up will win a gift. The gift can be different every month but to give you some ideas, it could be money, tee-shirts, tennis balls, etc...

So here is the list of things you can do to win points and how much for each:

Post a message on the forum = 2 points
Submit a tennis = 1 point (don't forget to be logged in if you want your point)
Create a poll = 1 point
Post a comment = 1 point (don't forget to be logged in if you want your point)
Post an ad = 2 points
Invite a friend = 1 point (if he registers you'll get 4 more points)
You find a bug, you report it = 1 point

You can check how many points you have by checking your profile. The draw date will be there as well. You can check how many points the others have by checking their profile. Each time a draw happens, points are set back to 0 like this anyone has a chance to win every month. But your total number of points from the beginning of this game will be kept. Who knows, a price for the best participant every year?

One last thing, you don't get the points as soon as you do one of the thing in the above list but when it's validated by the tenniscontact team so if you post a dummy post in the forum, it's more than likely you won't get points for it. Finally, this "game" can be stopped at any time by tenniscontact though it's unlikely to happen :-)
